Team Foundation
SDSU Research Foundation's volunteer employee program “TEAM FOUNDATION” is designed to give SDSU Research Foundation employees, their families and friends an opportunity to volunteer their time and talents in supporting community events. Employees can make an individual choice to volunteer for the event or not to volunteer. YOU choose your level of involvement. The focus of TEAM FOUNDATION is service, NOT money. SDSU Research Foundation employees run this volunteer program. Employees propose events or activities they would like TEAM FOUNDATION to support and family and friends are encouraged to participate with (or without) the employee. Events are normally held on weekends or evenings.
In order for us to be easily identified at community events, a TEAM FOUNDATION T-shirt will be given to you at your first volunteer event. Family and friends may also receive a T-shirt after a pre-determined number of hours have been volunteered.
If you have a community event you would like to have considered by Team Foundation, please notify Alice Clason at aclason@foundation.sdsu.edu,. The Team Foundation Committee will evaluate the event.

KPBS relies on volunteers to assure their continued viability as a service to the San Diego community. Volunteers help with the on-air membership campaigns, the Radio Reading Service, children's outreach initiatives, fundraisers, special events, providing tours and other activities.
