- Create and implement ways to recognize central and project staff.

- Formalize principal investigator roles and responsibilities training.
- Train staff on CORE and Foundation mission statement.
- Provide technical and professional workshops for faculty and staff.
- Expand opportunities for employee orientation and mentoring.
