This memorandum reaffirms San Diego State University Research Foundation's policy to provide equal employment opportunity to employees and applicants.
Decisions on employment and promotion are made at the Foundation without regard to an individual's race, sex, color, religion, ancestry, sexual orientation, age, medical condition, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, gender and/or genetic characteristics. This policy applies also to qualified veterans of the Vietnam era, disabled veterans, and disabled individuals. Any applicant or employee who wishes to review the Foundation's affirmative action plan should notify the Human Resources Department.
