As a government contractor, SDSU Research Foundation employees have the responsibility to observe the laws and regulations affecting SDSU Research Foundation and its operations.
The United States Government has adopted a zero tolerance policy regarding trafficking in persons. Contractors and contractor employees shall not engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of performance of the contract; procure commercial sex acts during the period of performance of the contract; or use forced labor in the performance of the contract.
Violation of this policy by any employee engaged in a government contract may result in removal from the contract, reduction in benefits or termination of employment.
