For Employees Enrolled in Supplemental Life/AD&D Insurance
- If you have enrolled in supplemental life/voluntary AD&D coverage either during this year’s Open Enrollment, or previously, your coverage and premium amounts may be updated January 1, 2012 and reflected in your paycheck for January 10, 2012.
- If you elected an amount subject to approval by The Hartford, you will receive a request for medical information mailed to your home. If you haven’t received it yet, please contact your Benefits Team. For new or increased amounts of coverage, your premiums and coverage amounts will only change upon approval by The Hartford.
