How To Enroll in Direct Deposit
As an SDSURF employee, Union Bank is offering a promotional $50 Welcome Bonus for opening a checking account, with a partial direct deposit of your SDSURF payroll check (minimum of $100 per month). Go to any Union Bank branch and mention that you'd like to open a "Company Benefits Banking Account" and a $50 Welcome Bonus will be deposited directly into your new Union Bank checking account.
To sign-up for direct deposit of your SDSURF wages, complete a Payroll Direct Deposit Enroll/Cancel Form, (PDF Format, 358KB)* attach a copy of a voided check, and send to SDSURF Payroll through intercampus mail at MC 1944, or you may fax the information to Payroll at 619-594-3177, or you may personally deliver both items to Payroll on the fourth floor of the Gateway Center at 5250 Campanile Drive.
