Flexible Benefit Plan Summaries of Material Modifications
SDSURF Human Resources is pleased to provide you with several summaries of recent modifications made to the Flexible Benefit Plan. Please review them and keep for your records with your other important benefit documents. The changes include incorporation of:
- Raising the health flexible spending account (FSA) limit to $2,000 (PDF Format, 47KB)*
- The Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act (HEART) (PDF Format, 41KB)* of 2008
- Allowing employees to pay premiums with pre-tax dollars for all eligible and enrolled dependents (PDF Format, 41KB)*
