How can I increase an employee's salary?

An employee's salary can be reviewed for an increase by using the following processes: Report of Performance Form  (PDF format, 258 KB) ( Performance Evaluation Guidelines  (Word format, 39 KB)), Reclassification Process, Equity Analysis. What do I do if I have an employee who is resigning?

Ask the employee to submit his/her resignation letter to you in writing. Once received, fax a copy to Human Resources at 619–594–3763. Upon receipt of resignation Human Resources will contact the employee to explain the separation process.
