How Do You Get Started with Prescription Solutions Mail Service?

Prescription Solutions offers three ways members can get their mail service questions answered:

  1. By talking with a friendly Customer Services agent by telephone during extended business hours: Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time at 1–800–562–6223. For the hearing impaired, call their TDHI customer service line at 1–800–498–5428.
  2. By ordering prescriptions via the Prescription Solutions Web site
  3. By calling the 24–hour automated system at 1–800–562–6223. The system enables members to:
    • Find out the number of refills remaining on a current prescription
    • Order a refill by entering the prescription number and credit card number (the system repeats the name of the drug for confirmation)
    • Check on the status of an order
    • Learn how to use the mail service
