How Do You Get Started with Prescription Solutions Mail Service?
Prescription Solutions offers three ways members can get their mail service questions answered:
- By talking with a friendly Customer Services agent by telephone during extended business hours: Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time at 18005626223. For the hearing impaired, call their TDHI customer service line at 18004985428.
- By ordering prescriptions via the Prescription Solutions Web site
- By calling the 24hour automated system at 18005626223. The system enables members to:
- Find out the number of refills remaining on a current prescription
- Order a refill by entering the prescription number and credit card number (the system repeats the name of the drug for confirmation)
- Check on the status of an order
- Learn how to use the mail service
