SDSU Research Foundation has launched a new Training Center website for the InfoEd application.  InfoEd manages the multiple components of sponsored research in a consolidated, web–based portal. InfoEd is comprised of various modules designed to support the full life cycle of grant activity, and each module has distinctive functionalities that support different aspects of sponsored research.

The Training Center serves as a centralized location for all InfoEd training materials for the different modules.  Currently, the modules included in the Training Center are GENIUS profile, SPIN, SMARTS, and the CV Database.  In the future, the Proposal Development module will also be added to the Training Center.

The  following training materials are available on the new Training Center website:

  • Training Videos
  • Detailed User Guides
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

The Training Center can be directly accessed at the following link: http://era.foundation.sdsu.edu

It can also be accessed through the SDSURF “About InfoEd” home page under the Training Center link: http://www.foundation.sdsu.edu/infoed/index.html.
