2011 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for RF Employees

Subject: Subject: W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for 2011
The W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for 2011 will be mailed to employees by January 31, 2012. If you have recently moved, please submit a change of address form (Word Format, 393KB)* to mail code 1944 or fax it to 619-594-3177. All change of address forms received by January 20th will be correctly stated on the W-2.
Employees will be able to view their 2011 wage information on the website through Employee Gateway by January 27, 2012. Please note that the 2011 wage information on Employee Gateway is a representation of the actual W-2 form and should not be submitted to any government in place of the actual W-2 form you will receive in the mail.
Duplicate W-2 forms can be requested after Wednesday, February 15, 2012. You can obtain a duplicate W-2 by accessing the duplicate form or by calling the payroll department at 619-594-6971.
