Your Current Enrollment
HR is pleased to announce that you will be mailed (to your home address) a current snapshot of a personalized Benefits Statement just for you. It's an excellent resource for a better understanding and appreciation of the value of your benefits program as well as a current review of your benefit enrollments on record. If you find any information that needs updating, contact HR at 619-594-4139.
We hope that you will find it to be a useful tool for helping you plan for your benefits in the new year.
If you prefer, you may find information about the plans in which you are currently enrolled, by using the Employee Gateway system. "Employee Gateway" is a self-service system that allows all employees secure, online access to view personal and employment information on record with SDSU Research Foundation. You are the only person with access to this information. To log in you will need to:
- Go to the Employee Gateway Login page
- Enter your Red ID as your User ID
- Enter your PIN
- Click the "Login" button at the bottom of the page.
If you do not yet have a PIN, you can request one from the PIN Request Form. You can have your temporary PIN e-mailed to you.
If you have forgotten your PIN:
- Go to the Employee Gateway Login page
- Enter your Red ID as your User ID
- Click the "Forgot Pin" button at the bottom of the page
- Enter the correct answer to your security question
- Click "Submit Answer" button
- Enter a new PIN. Re-enter your new PIN for verification.
- Click "Reset PIN" button
