Emergency Checks

To provide a final check on the last day of employment for terminated employees, emergency checks may be requested by Human Resources and are immediately processed by the payroll department in order to comply with state labor laws.  Checks are issued and distributed as follows:

  • Check is mailed via USPS to the address indicated on the personal data sheet.
  • Employee may pick up check at the payroll department upon presentation of picture identification.
  • Check is delivered to the human resources department for pick up by the employee.
