SDSU Research Foundation's purchasing department provides procurement services for all projects and departments in accordance with the responsibility and authority delegated by SDSURF's chief financial officer. Policies and procedures have been made as simple as possible while still meeting the requirements of state and federal laws, general SDSURF guidelines, good business practice, and special requirements adopted from time to time by various agencies from which SDSURF secures funding.
