Ship To Codes
Each Ship to code has a delivery point identification number of 1, 2, or 3. These numbers indicate the following:
Delivery Point 1 - DP 1 is the University Receiving Department address. Per an agreement with the University, deliveries to on-campus addresses where the items are exceptionally large and/or heavy will go directly to the campus.
Delivery Point 2 - DP 2 indicates that this is an off-campus address or direct mail address to the University. Purchases for off-campus addresses will be delivered directly to this location. Purchases for on-campus addresses will be for those items sent via US Mail, FedEx, etc.
Delivery Point 3 - DP3 is SDSU Research Foundation's Receiving Department address. All purchases for on-campus deliveries as well as those for project space located in near-by Foundation buildings such as those on Hardy, Lindo Paseo, Sky Park, Alvarado, etc. will be accepted at this address for subsequent delivery to projects.
