Minimizing Risk

The most important asset of any organization is its people. In addition to protecting its people, organizations must protect their reputations, property and finances. Avoiding unnecessary liability resulting in expensive litigation is also a very important risk management function. 2. Indemnity agreements and waivers
  3. or assuming responsibility for foreseeable losses by purchases property and casualty insurance.

If it chooses to participate in an event, it believes warrants maximum protection against unplanned events or losses SDSURF may choose to do #2 & #3 above.
