Summary
How do you evaluate whether you are in need of an Independent Contractor or a regular employee? What are the factors you will need to consider in making this evaluation? At this workshop you will learn how to determine whether an individual should be paid as an employee or an Independent Contractor by looking at various Common Law Rules. You will be introduced to the forms and procedures used in processing Independent Contractor payments.
