This training is designed for supervisors and will discuss EAP benefits.
EAP representatives will provide details about eligibility, how the process works, confidentiality, what types of problems are often addressed, how to access benefits, how to identify a troubled employee, and how to refer an employee to EAP.

- Managing employees performance issues instead of their personal issues
- Providing support for traumatic workplace events
- Assisting employees with work/life balance
