Offered in conjunction with the Center for Optimal Health and Performance and the SDSU School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences, Fit for Fun is a comprehensive program for mature adults new to exercise or returning to exercise, and seeking to join a small group of similar-minded individuals who share the same goal of improving their overall cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Under the consistent guidance of highly-qualified instructors, you will participate with a small group in various forms of exercise to help you develop your aerobic fitness, muscular and core strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability.
