During this Open Enrollment period, if you previously purchased supplemental life insurance through SDSURF's voluntary supplemental life insurance program, you may purchase an additional $30,000, up to a maximum of $200,000, with no medical questions asked.
In addition, if you missed out on your opportunity last time, here's another chance for you to purchase supplemental life insurance with no medical questions asked. Supplemental life insurance is also available for your spouse, domestic partner and/or children. It's as easy as completing an enrollment form.
