Note: All employees will need supervisor approval prior to viewing these courses during work hours.

Summary
This highly-interactive online workshop will allow participants to analyze their perceptions on diversity. They will discover the different dimensions of diversity and how those dimensions can impact their behavior and their perceptions of others. They will also learn how an appreciation of diversity can have a positive impact on employee morale and productivity.
Employees, especially supervisors, are required by SDSU Research Foundation to attend this workshop at least once every two years.
