Summary
Violence is a complex phenomenon that appears to be increasing in the workplace. No employer is immune. Does your project/department have an anti-violence plan? SDSU Research Foundation believes that employees may be better prepared to avoid or prevent violence if they are able to recognize early warning signs and follow appropriate response procedures. Employees play a crucial role in the administration of SDSU Research Foundation's anti-violence policy.
State and Federal laws require employee attendance at this workshop at least once every two years.
