Summary

Conflict has gotten a bad reputation in our society. When people hear the word "conflict", the first thoughts are, "It's bad…I shouldn't have those feelings…" etc. Consequently, some people try to avoid conflict at all costs. But one thing is for sure - whenever people work, live or play together, there's eventually going to be conflict. Attend this workshop to learn how to turn conflict into collaboration:

  • Understand the factors associated with conflict
  • Learn appropriate guidelines & settings for healthy confronting
  • Gain an awareness of our own role & responsibility in facing conflict
  • Develop and apply effective strategies for addressing disagreements
