This workshop is designed to educate supervisory employees on the types of behavior that could be considered sexual harassment and obligations as a supervisory employee to prevent or correct such conduct. Participants will learn the legal definitions of sexual harassment and current federal guidelines. The session will provide case studies and practical examples of actual complaints and lawsuits. In addition, participants will learn SDSU Research Foundation's process for reporting complaints.
* Managers and Supervisors are required to attend this workshop at least once every two years.
