In this informative seminar managers and supervisors will learn about the requirements of:
- The Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- California's Family Rights Act (CFRA)
- The New Paid Family Leave (PFL)
Attendees will also learn about all the types of leaves of absence that are available to SDSURF employees, and the Manager's role and responsibilities when employees ask for time off.
