   The San Diego Zoo adopted Sunwise Stampede in the summer of 1998, and the program is currently expanding to zoos across the nation.  Check the list below to see which zoos are taking part in the Sunwise Stampede program.  Participating zoos may be offering some or all of the following: 
  • Tipsheets which include sun protection information
  • Coupons for sunscreen and wide-brimmed hats
  • Kids' art activities
  • Reminder signs and/or messages
