Federal law requires all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States. As a federal contractor SDSU Research Foundation is required to use the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system, a program that electronically confirms an employee’s eligibility to work in the United States.
All new SDSU Research Foundation employees must report to human resources on their first day to complete paperwork that will enable us to comply with E-Verify guidelines.
