Retirees:
TIAA Retirement Changes:
- Retirement Accounts: Call 800-842-2252, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (ET)
- TIAA Address Change: Log in at www.tiaa.org. Select "My Profile," then "Personal Information" and then "Update Contact Information."
- TIAA Name Change: Log in at www.tiaa.org. Select "Support," then "Online Help" and "Transactions & Information." Scroll down and select "Update a name on your account." Log in and follow prompts to change your name.
- TIAA Beneficiary Change: Log in at www.tiaa.org. Select “My Account,” then “Add/Edit Beneficiaries" under "Profile".
