SDSU Research Foundation's human resources department assists employees, supervisors and the PI with a wide range of employee relations issues including areas such as affirmative action, reorganization, lay-offs, job restructuring, staff development, open door policy, and performance improvement plans. Any needs in the area of employee relations should immediately be brought to the attention of human resources.
